Finally, my blog has been fixed! I’m sure that every blogger has struggled from time to time with their websites, but mine has been an ongoing issue for months. First of all my blog got hacked by some random person overseas who put a load of spam and malware into my files, and because of that there have been bugs everywhere on my website. I am pretty proud of myself, however as I made and redesigned my blog by myself, only getting the help of a web developer in the final stages to help me with transferring files. If anyone is in need of a new blog, I’d be happy to help out, or pass on the name of the web developer I used as she was great, and I know how frustrating all of this can be!

Now that my blog is finally fixed (fingers quadruple crossed that nothing else goes wrong, ever), I’m hoping things can get back to how they used to be, ie. me posting more than one blog post a month! I’m really looking forward to getting back into and focussing a lot more time on my blog, so I hope that whoever is reading this (and thanks to all of you who still do even after a huge lack of posts) are excited as I am!

I’m starting my first post of the summer with my of my favourite outfits I wore recently. It’s quite a girly one due to the shape of this French Connection dress, however I think teamed with a leather jacket (how amazing is this light blue on from Boden, it’s also on sale!) and some killer lace up heels, it gives this outfit enough edge so that it’s not overly girly.

cute is an understatement, love it !!! I always enjoy reading your blogs, i love the content and the images <3

so sorry to hear about the issues you have been having with your blog 🙁 – i've had some poor customer service with my current web developer so I am thinking about building a whole new blog on my own. Any tips?

also, would love to know who the web developer is that helped transfer your files over to your new one? I may need help with that too when the time comes 🙂

      Hi Michaela,

Thanks for the lovely comment, it’s so nice to hear that people enjoy reading my blog!

My blog issues are still going on, however I feel like I’m coming to the end of the road now, finally! I know how frustrating it can all be so I’m happy to help! There are some pretty good themes out there that make building your own quite easy! I actually find it fun too in a way!

I’d be happy to share the web developers contact details with you, she was great! If you want to send me an email: contact@winstonandwillow.com, I’ll send over her email address.

      🙂 xx
