The other day I popped by 234 Collins Street in the city to have a look at Spring Racing outfit ideas and to style an outfit from the stores they have available there. As they have retailers such as Saba, Mollini, Anna Fiori and Braun Buffel, there was plenty to choose from, and they even have the most gorgeous millinery pop up store by Marea Bright Millinery near the entrance with some of the most beautiful headwear I’ve seen, including the one I’m wearing in this post.
The best thing, 234 Collins Street is running a great ‘Style To Inspire’ competition to get you ready for the races! They are encouraging Melbourne fashion designers and bloggers to visit Collins234 fashion retailers, most of whom are Melbourne based fashion designers, to style outfits found in Collins234 for the Melbourne Spring Racing Carnival, then blog, Instagram, post and share their styles – just like I have done in this blog post!
From now until the 8th November participants are asked to use the allocated hashtag #stylecollins234 and tag @_collins234 to win a $500 Collins234 Gift Card. I know I could definitely find something amazing to wear to the races with $500 to spend! There is also the opportunity to win Spring Racing Carnival pamper packages, with the winning entry awarded the opportunity to interview a Melbourne fashion designer and business owner which will be published on the Collins234 website.
You can find more details on the competition at the Collins 234 website here.
